He is an inspirational speaker and a passionate advocate for people living with bleeding disorders. As one of the longest surviving HIV-positive individuals in the world, Vaughn brings a unique perspective and unwavering dedication to his work.<br/> <br/> A published author, Vaughn has shared his journey to inspire others facing life's challenges. His commitment to public service is evident from his eight years on the Brunswick, Maryland City Council, where he worked tirelessly to improve his community. Vaughn also served as the President for the Frederick County Chapter of the Maryland Municipal League, where he built relationships and networked with mayors and council members across the state of Maryland.<br/> <br/> Vaughn has also served on the Board of the Hemophilia Foundation of Maryland and was the President-Elect of the Smoketown Rotary Club. His extensive experience includes serving on multiple organizational boards, contributing his leadership skills and vision to various causes.<br/> <br/> Since founding Trinity's Children, Vaughn has spearheaded the organization's development by building the website and establishing the foundational corporate structure. His leadership continues to drive the mission of empowering families and youth affected by substance abuse.

As the founder of Dirt Doctor, a successful mobile vehicle detailing business, Rob has demonstrated exceptional leadership and business management skills, building a reputable brand known for quality and customer satisfaction. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Rob is a leading realtor at eXp Realty, where he excels in connecting clients with their ideal homes and navigating the competitive real estate market with professionalism and integrity.<br/> <br/> Rob's personal journey as a recovering addict has profoundly influenced his commitment to Trinity's Children. His experience overcoming substance abuse has fueled his passion for mentoring and sponsoring dozens of individuals battling addiction. Rob provides invaluable support, guidance, and hope to those striving for recovery, leveraging his own story to inspire and empower others.<br/> <br/> His unique combination of business savvy, real estate expertise, and deep personal commitment to addiction recovery gives Rob a tremendous edge in his role at Trinity's Children. <strong>Leigh Ann Anderson</strong> <br/><br/> Leigh Ann Anderson serves as the Secretary of Trinity’s Children, Inc., bringing with her a wealth of experience in administration, leadership, and community service. Her professional background includes roles as an office manager, caregiver, education and training leader, and currently, she operates her own business, Leigh Anderson, LLC.<br/> <br/> Beyond her professional achievements, Leigh Ann has dedicated countless hours to volunteering in her community. She has previously served as Board Secretary for the Brownsville Church of the Brethren, contributed to Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts programs, and supported youth athletics as a team mom and assistant coach. These roles have honed her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to foster meaningful relationships—qualities she brings to her role as Secretary at Trinity’s Children.<br/> <br/> Her responsibilities include developing and implementing the board’s agenda, managing official documentation, and ensuring seamless communication among board members. Leigh Ann approaches her role with a deep sense of responsibility and a heartfelt commitment to the mission of Trinity’s Children.<br/> <br/> In 2012, Leigh Ann experienced the devastating loss of her stepson, Danny, to a drug overdose. This personal tragedy, combined with witnessing close friends endure similar losses, fuels her passion and determination to carry out Trinity’s Children’s mission of hope, advocacy, and community support.<br/> <br/> Leigh Ann believes that through education, outreach, and compassion, we can honor those we’ve lost and build a future where every family feels supported and every life is valued.

<strong>Angel White</strong><br/> <br/> Angel White is a Founder and Treasurer of Trinity's Children, Inc., bringing over two decades of leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and financial expertise to our organization. With 16 years of dedicated service as a Brunswick, Maryland Council Member, Angel has demonstrated unwavering commitment to her community, playing a pivotal role in numerous community committees and initiatives that have enhanced the quality of life for residents.<br/> <br/> As a seasoned entrepreneur, Angel has successfully founded and managed several businesses, showcasing her exceptional business acumen and strategic vision. Her entrepreneurial journey has equipped her with valuable insights into business operations, growth strategies, and financial management, all of which are instrumental in guiding Trinity's Children's financial health and sustainability.<br/> <br/> Her extensive experience in public service and business management gives Angel a tremendous edge in her role. She leverages her leadership skills, financial expertise, and community-focused mindset to ensure that Trinity's Children operates with transparency, accountability, and efficiency. Angel is dedicated to maintaining the organization's financial integrity, securing necessary funds, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize impact.<br/> <br/> Beyond her professional achievements, Angel is deeply passionate about empowering families and youth affected by substance abuse. <strong>Kristine Ripley</strong><br/> <br/> Kristine Ripley is a Founding board member of Trinity's Children, Inc. She graduated cum laude from Lynchburg College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Currently pursuing her nursing degree, Kristine works at Frederick Health Hospital, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate care to her patients.<br/> <br/> With a strong background in administrative support, she previously served as an Administrative Assistant at the American Red Cross for 12 years. Kristine's experience extends to hospice care and working with individual patients, reflecting her deep commitment to helping others during their most vulnerable times.<br/> <br/> Her blend of psychological insight, medical training, and administrative expertise brings a valuable perspective to Trinity's Children, Inc. Kristine's dedication to empowering families and supporting youth affected by substance abuse is at the heart of the organization's mission. Her compassionate approach and hands-on experience make her an integral part of the team working to create safer communities and a brighter future for all.
