Trinity’s Children, Inc. Achieves Nonprofit Status – A New Chapter Begins
We are beyond excited to announce that Trinity’s Children, Inc. has officially been approved as a public charity under IRS section 509(a)(2), marking our formal recognition as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, effective October 10, 2024.
This milestone is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our founding board members, supporters, and the entire community that believes in our mission. Trinity’s Children, Inc. was founded in memory of Trinity Viola Ripley, whose untimely passing due to fentanyl overdose on December 13, 2023, inspired us to take action and create an organization focused on preventing similar tragedies.
With our new nonprofit status, we can now accept tax-deductible donations, which will significantly enhance our ability to fundraise and expand our programs. Our core pillars of Empowerment, Support, and Advocacy will guide our efforts as we continue to raise awareness, provide essential support services, and advocate for stronger legislation against substance abuse.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our donors for their generous support, which has been instrumental in our journey so far.
As we move forward, we are planning several impactful events and initiatives to engage the community and further our mission. We invite you to join us in this endeavor – whether through donations, volunteering, or simply spreading the word about Trinity’s Children, Inc.
Together, we can honor Trinity’s legacy and make a lasting difference in the lives of those still struggling.
Thank you for your support!
